Our Story Begins Here

For More Good Days at Work

Good Days was founded by physiotherapist Emily Kyte Hale, with the belief that workplace wellbeing should be both clinically sound and genuinely enjoyable.

With a background in physiotherapy and specialist experience supporting people with back pain and work-related aches and discomfort, Emily brings a calm, approachable and professional style to every session.

Good Days delivers corporate Pilates, movement sessions and educational workshops for organisations looking to invest in their people’s long-term health. Sessions can be delivered in-person or online and are suitable for a wide range of abilities and needs.

Emily Kyte Hale

Founder & Physiotherapist

Emily is a chartered physiotherapist, Pilates instructor and the founder of Good Days, delivering physio-led movement, Pilates and wellbeing workshops for workplaces.

Following major spinal surgery at just 15, Emily became passionate about sustainable, long term health that felt accessible. Through years working as a Pilates instructor and Physiotherapist, she saw desk workers struggling with the same issues time and time again and decided to bring her expertise to the office!

She now specialises in back health and supporting people who spend much of their day at a desk. Her approach is practical, inclusive and grounded in clinical knowledge, but always delivered in a way that feels human, approachable and genuinely enjoyable. She believes workplace wellbeing works best when it meets people where they are, rather than asking them to fit into rigid programmes.

Alongside Good Days, Emily is also the founder of Curva, a specialist physiotherapy clinic. Through her work, she’s passionate about helping people feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies.
